WI-FI & LCD TV's. There is a ramp leading into the house, which makes easy access for those in wheelchairs or for those requiring support. The house is fully double glazed with self-adjusting radiators in every room. Ayr Gatehouse sits on the main road heading from Prestwick into the town centre of Ayr. There is easy access into the Bed & Breakfast from the side of the house (Falkland Road) and ample parking space in the grounds. We can also accommodate large party's for all occasions and can arrange golf at discount if required.

Each room has all the refinements you would expect including goosedown duvets, Egyptian cotton linen, 32” LCD TV screens, hairdryers (hairstraightners on request), iPod docking station and complimented with toiletries from au lait. Breakfast is served in our chic, open planned lounge and dining area, with morning newspapers. Overlooking the south~facing garden complimented with full wall to wall concertina doors which we open up in the summer months, weather permitting, onto raised south~facing patio, ideal for an alfresco breakfast or evening drinks. We also have a designated ironing room available and free wi~fi internet access throughout. We offer a variety of cooked Scottish fayre breakfast with locally sourced free range ingredients, pastries, cereals and porridge.
